Because we are a full service design and build firm, we take you through everything from start to finish.  You are only dealing with one person, that's us.  You don't have to hire a designer, a separate contractor and worry about getting your own permits.  We make it seamless.

Consultation

This is our first phase of your building project.  Maybe you’ve found a piece of land that you want to build on but need someone to check it out? We will meet with you at your location for a free initial consultation and discuss the scope of the work and verbal cost range to give you a realistic idea of what you can anticipate for planning and budget purposes.  We will then draft a detailed estimate to capture the conceptual ideas with materials and labor.

Design

This is where your dreams come to fruition.  We will complete a package of architectural drawings and designs with specs and a schedule.  Throughout the entire process, we update the plans to reflect allowable budget items.  We discuss material preferences, window and door sizes, and appliance needs and this way, your project is smooth and transparent to suit your expectations. We design kitchens, bathrooms, multipurpose spaces to suit your needs.

 

Build

Once we complete the zoning and permitting process, produce a complete set of construction designs and update the budget to reflect any change in design, we are ready to build.  Your home construction is in great hands.
